The Italfoods Artisanal Tagliatelle pasta is made in Italy with semolina flour. Semolina flour is made from ground durum wheat, which is rich in protein, fiber, and B vitamins.
The tagliatelle cut is often used for thicker sauces such as Bolognese sauce, Carbonara sauce or Mushroom sauce. It also pairs great with beef or pork dishes.
