Italfoods Mediterranean Chicken Seasoning

A perfect blend of spices, herbs, bell peppers, and sundried tomatoes, for marinating chicken, pork or shrimp. Adds a taste of southern Europe to your favourite grilled meats.

Sprinkle on meat before or during cooking. For marinade, mix 1 oz (28 g) with 5 tbsp (75 ml) of olive oil and 3½ tbsp (50 ml) of lemon juice. Mix well. Add 2 lb (900g) of your favourite meat and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before cooking or grilling.

INGREDIENTS: Spices, salt, lemon oil, garlic oil, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, red bell pepper, sundried tomato), paprika, corn syrup, canola oil, corn starch, guar gum, xanthan gum, spice extracts.
