The Italfoods Artisanal Tortiglioni pasta is made in Italy with semolina flour. Semolina flour is made from ground durum wheat, which is, rich in protein, fibre, and B vitamins.

The tortiglioni cut is similar to rigatoni but is larger and has a slight twist. This is a versatile pasta that you can use with almost any sauce.
