Italfoods Gnocchi with Ricotta

Made with semolina flour, potato flakes, ricotta cheese and turmeric; dusted with rice flour. Semolina flour is made from ground durum wheat, which is rich in protein, fibre, and B vitamins.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: for every package of pasta, bring to a rolling boil 5L of lightly salted water. Add frozen pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. Cover and bring back to a rolling boil uncover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
