Made with semolina flour; dusted with rice flour. Semolina flour is made from ground durum wheat, which is rich in protein, fibre, and B vitamins.

FILLING: ricotta cheese, salt, dry parsley, spices.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 400⁰F. Lay pieces of pasta flat on a safe casserole dish that has been lightly coated with non-stick spray. Add enough sauce to cover the pieces of pasta. Cover with foil and place on the middle rack. Bake for 25 minutes or until pasta is heated completely.
