Italfoods Cheese & Spinach Agnelotti

Made with semolina flour; dusted with rice flour. Semolina flour is made from ground durum wheat, which is rich in protein, fibre, and B vitamins.

FILLING: ricotta cheese, parmesan, romano cheese, spinach, breadcrumbs and spices.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: for every package of pasta, bring to a rolling boil 5L of lightly salted water. Add frozen pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. Cover and bring back to a rolling boil uncover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
